πŸ₯’πŸˆβœ¨ Cucumber Melon Spritzer

Cool off with this refreshing Spritzer. Refresh your Whole Body Beautiful. This combo hydrates and rejuvenates the skin, reduces puffiness, and gives you a natural glow. YES please !

Ingredients:

1 cup honeydew melon, cubed

1 small cucumber, peeled and sliced

Juice of 1 lemon

1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Sparkling water or soda

Ice cubes

Fresh mint or basil for garnish ( you may also add in a few leaves into the blender)

Instructions:

Blend on medium the honeydew melon and cucumber until smooth.

Strain the mixture to remove any pulp.

In a pitcher, combine the melon-cucumber juice, lemon juice, and honey. Stir to mix.

Fill glasses with ice, pour the juice mixture, and top with sparkling water.

Garnish with fresh mint or basil and serve immediately

🌺 Berry Hibiscus Cooler

A beautiful, refreshing drink packed with flavor and naturally caffeine-free.

Ingredients:

2 cups brewed hibiscus tea, chilled

1 cup sparkling water

Β½ cup fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries)

1–2 tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice

1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)

Ice, for serving

Instructions:

Muddle berries with lemon or lime juice in a glass or pitcher. Add chilled hibiscus tea and sparkling water. Stir gently and serve over ice.

You can also make this a cocktail, or serve as a mocktail.

You also may blend this for a smoother drink.

Watermelon Mint Cooler

Two of my FAVORITES mixed together to make everyone feel cooler, lighter, fresher and healthier.

Ingredients:

4 cups cubed seedless watermelon πŸ‰

Β½ cup coconut water

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

8–10 fresh mint leaves

Pinch of sea salt

Ice, for serving

Instructions:

In a blender, combine watermelon, fresh mint leaves, honey, lime juice, and cold water.

Blend until smooth .

Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove any pulp or seeds.

Chill your watermelon mint cooler in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled watermelon mint mixture over the ice. Add Strawberries or a few blueberries on top if desired!

Garnish with extra mint leaves and slices of watermelon.
