Ingredients
½ cup of canned or fresh pumpkin puree
1½ cups of unsweetened almond milk ( or non-dairy milk)
1 frozen banana
1 teas of chia seeds
2 dates
a small piece of ginger
⅛ tsp of nutmeg
⅛ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla
3-4 ice cubes
