Ingredients
1 15oz can of chickpea drained
3 Tbsps. of fresh lemon juice
1 Tsp. of Tamari (a type of wheat free soy sauce, bit less saltier and bolder) or Braggs liquid Aminos
To Prepare
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add water / broth as needed.
You can also freeze portions if you would like to prep ahead.
You can also try adding garlic, kale or spinach! Mix it up :)
