Crimson Cranberry Ginger Fizz

A festive mocktail with a zesty orange-sugar rim, sparkling cranberry flavor, and a hint of ginger spice.

Ingredients: ( for 1 drink)

1/4 cup pure cranberry juice (unsweetened)
1/2 cup ginger beer (non-alcoholic)
Splash of sparkling water
Fresh rosemary sprig
Cranberries for garnish or fresh pomegranate seeds

For the Orange-Sugar Rim (optional/enough for four drinks)
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon orange zest
Orange wedge

Instructions:

On a small plate, mix granulated sugar with orange zest until well combined.

  1. Run an orange wedge around the rim of the glass to dampen it.

  2. Dip the rim into the orange-sugar mixture, rotating to coat evenly.

  3. Pour cranberry juice into the prepared glass. Add ice and pour in ginger beer.

  4. Top with a splash of sparkling water for extra fizz.

  5. Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and a few cooked cranberries.

Pro Tip:
Cranberries or pomegranates add a beautiful, jewel-like touch and a hint of sweetness!

Blueberry Basil Delight

A vibrant antioxidant blast that is delicious and full of all the goodness from the inside out!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup sparkling water
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp honey (optional)
Fresh basil leaves

Instructions:

Muddle blueberries with basil, lemon juice, and sweetener.

Add ice, coconut water, and top with sparkling water.

Stir gently.

Pro Tip:
Basil adds a refreshing twist that pairs beautifully with berries.

PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE

This cozy, gluten-free, dairy-free twist on the classic Pumpkin Spice Latte is perfect for chilly Fall mornings!

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon maple syrup
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup brewed coffee or 1 shot of espresso

Instructions:

In a small saucepan, heat the almond milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice until warm but not boiling.

Remove from heat, stir in the vanilla extract, and whisk to froth the mixture.

Pour over brewed coffee or espresso.

Enjoy with a sprinkle of extra pumpkin pie spice on top.

WBB Pro Tip: For extra froth, blend the heated mixture for a few seconds before pouring it into your cup.
