INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups uncooked oats, Quick Oats or almond flour
- 1 cup all natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
- 3 Tbsp. chocolate (or vanilla) Plant based protein powder
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/3 cup water (adjust to consistency)
- Add 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, cacao nibs, or coconut flakes for extra texture.
METHOD
Mix everything together and then roll into 1-inch balls.
I like to chill first or put them in the freezer for later when the craving hits! A tasty energy treat!
