A wheat free pasta alternative!
- 8oz package of buckwheat soba noodles
- ½ red pepper jullianned
- ½ cup shredded napa cabbage
- ½ zucchini jullianned
- ¼ cup sunflower sprouts
- 2 tbsp of toasted sesame seeds
- 1 scallion
- Cook the noodles according to package. Do not over cook.
- Strain and rinse with cool water.
- Toss all ingredients.
- Top with some extra sesame seeds and scallions.
- Add a Chinese sesame dressing of your choice.
