Tomato Basil Soup

This smooth soup is full of all the healthy ingredients. A wonderful comforting soup to have as a meal, side, or snack.

Tomatoes are an excellent source of vitamin C and other antioxidants.

They also contain lycopene, beta carotene, and is a nutrient-dense super food that offers your body a ton of benefits.



Red Lentil Soup

Lentil soup is comforting, simple, and healthy.  It's my go-to meal when I want something hearty but healthy. This soup never lasts long enough in our kitchen as it’s eaten for late breakfast,  snack time, or dinner. Add some Avocado and it is the perfect meal.

Red Lentils are virtually fat free, full of fiber, protein, Vit B’s and iron.

A perfect add in to any salad or side to boost your nutrition profile.. and taste buds !

Butternut Squash Soup

A Fall time favorite that warms you inside and out. Made with Butternut squash, herbs, spices, vegetables, then pureed to perfection.


Yellow Squashes are rich in manganese. This mineral helps to boost bone strength and helps the body's ability to process fats and carbohydrates.

Creamy Spinach Soup

Love this soup. Its mild flavor and creamy texture, makes this a great soup to serve with any meal. Made with a touch of cashew creme so its dairy free.

Spinach is an extremely nutrient-rich vegetable. It contains high amounts of carotenoids, vitamin C, vitamin K, folic acid, iron and calcium.

Country Vegetable Minestrone Soup

Infused with all the goodness of a country style Soup. Hearty, healthy and low in calorie. Lots of Veg and organic small brown rice pastas make this a meal in itself! This is perfect to fill your hungry tummy.

Red Lentil Chili

This chili is made with red lentils, tomatoes,onion, garlic and lots of herbs and spices cooked under pressure so the flavours blend perfectly. Great for an evening meal with a side of rice, salad or veggies.
